These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://ridgewoodgutterpros.com (the "Site"), operated by Ridgewood Gutter Pros ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We are a lead referral service. We connect homeowners in Ridgewood, NJ and the surrounding area with an independent, licensed gutter contractor who performs the actual work. We are not that contractor. We do not perform gutter cleaning, installation, guard installation, repair, or fascia and soffit work ourselves, and we do not supervise, direct, or control the contractor's work.
Any prices or price ranges shown on this Site are general estimates for the Bergen County market, provided for information only. They are not offers, quotes, or guarantees of price. Actual pricing depends on your home's linear footage, roof pitch and height, access, debris level, and gutter condition, and can only be set by the contractor after assessing your property. Nothing on this Site creates a binding price commitment.
When you submit a request, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the homeowner or are authorized to request service for the property. Submitting a request does not create a contract for work. Any agreement for gutter services is between you and the contractor directly, on terms you and the contractor set.
The contractor we refer you to is an independent business, not our employee or agent. We do not guarantee the contractor's work, workmanship, scheduling, pricing, licensing status, or insurance coverage, and we are not responsible for the contractor's acts or omissions. We encourage you to confirm licensing and insurance and to get the scope and price in writing before work begins.
The guides, pricing ranges, maintenance schedules, and other content on this Site are general information about gutters and local conditions. They are not professional inspection advice for your specific home. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or property, arising out of your use of the Site, your reliance on its content, or any interaction between you and a contractor referred through the Site.
